Other duties may be assigned. ? Willingly and actively enforces safety rules, procedures and regulations set forth by Mercer; ? County Community College, Region 19 and the National Junior College Athletic Association; ? Teaches specific sport skills, strategy and incorporates leadership and life skills into training; ? Organizes and conducts games and tournaments; ? Keeps record of travel receipts and expenditures; ? Supervises student athlete team participants during practices, games and travel time; ? Supervises assistant coaches and other support personnel; ? Identifies and recruits academically qualified student athletes on a year round basis; ? Develops and implements practice plans and strategy for competition; ? Supervises student athlete academic progress and graduation transition; ? Maintains fiscal responsibility within an established budget.
