Intensive In-Home Counselor (LSW or LPC)

Are you a licensed social worker, counselor, or therapist seeking more hands-on client care and flexible scheduling?

Join our Intensive Home-Based Therapy program and make a lasting impact on children and families at risk of out-of-home placement. This full-time role offers short-term, focused engagement with a small caseload (up to 7 families), allowing you to build deep, meaningful connections while fostering healing and resilience.

What We Offer:

• Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience and licensure

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree (with LSW) or Master’s degree
