Intensive In-Community Clinician needed to provide individualized mental health treatments to address emotional and behavioral challenges in children and youths throughout the state of NJ. Clinicians will work to elevate and evolve families to more effectively manage the home environment and maintain children within their home settings. Clinicians will prepare Individual Service Treatment Plans, and assist clients in additional clinical needs which may include, but are not limited to: referral, assessment, emergency plan development, and discharge planning. Requirements: Licensed Social Worker(LSW) *Bilingual is a PLUS Must have the above qualifications to apply. Must have a valid NJ driver's license with privileges in good standing. |
