We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Intelligent Automation (IA) team.
You will create solution architecture and guide engineering teams in implementing cutting-edge automation technologies while helping our clients stay ahead of the curve in RPA and Intelligent Automation. Our mission is to free people from repetitive tasks so they can focus on creativity, strategy, and innovation.
Responsibilities
Architectural design and review of medium-to-large scale solutions using Power Platform, UiPath, Camunda, Flowable, Appian, n8n or similar technology stack
Create a solution architecture document at a good level with deep technical details
Work closely with the business in identifying solution requirements and key case-studies/scenarios for the future solution
Lead implementation of the solution from establishing project requirements and goals to solution "go-live"
Play technical team lead role, design and hands-on coding mission's critical components, prototypes, PoC, MVP with growth to full-scale delivery projects, etc.
Oversee the development efforts and provide technical help as needed
Participate in the full cycle of pre-sale activities
Participate in a wide range of non-project activities within the Solution Architecture Competency Center, including knowledge sharing and elaborating best practices according to modern industry trends
Requirements
10+ years in IT with 5+ years in solution architecture, including hands-on experience in Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js
Certified in AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, TOGAF would be an advantage
Proven track record in designing cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and BPM/RPA integrations (Power Platform, UiPath, Camunda, Flowable, Appian, n8n or alike technology stack)
Ability to prepare comprehensive technical specifications and solution architecture documentation
Proficient with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative), excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills
Strong knowledge of OOP concepts. Understanding and hands-on experience in design patterns
Dedication to keeping abreast of emerging technology trends
Agile and product-oriented mindset
Strong background in design and implementation of external services integrations
Experienced with AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Kubernetes, Terraform
Experienced with SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, REST/GraphQL APIs, ETL tools, SOAP and/or ESB
Experience in at least one of the strategic frameworks, like Customer Service, Decisioning and Marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English level B2 or higher
Ability to work independently
