Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Intelex Product Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, configuration, and integration of the Intelex EHSQ platform for a large enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on Intelex experience, at least 3 full lifecycle Intelex implementations, strong EHS/ESG domain expertise, and experience designing enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Intelex EHSQ solution architecture, configuration, deployment, and administration.
  • Drive requirements workshops, solution design, roadmap planning, and implementation strategy.
  • Configure and architect multiple Intelex modules across EHS, ESG, compliance, risk, and sustainability.
  • Lead integration and data-management initiatives involving enterprise EHS applications.
  • Conduct client workshops and present architecture, roadmap, and solution recommendations to senior/C-level stakeholders.
  • Review solution designs, configurations, integrations, data migration, and testing approaches.
  • Partner with business, IT, vendors, and implementation teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

Required Intelex Module Experience

Strong expertise in at least 5 of the following:

  • ESG & Sustainability Management
  • Waste Management
  • Audit & Inspection Management
  • Risk Management / JSEA / HIRA
  • Incident & Corrective Action / CAPA
  • Management of Change (MOC)
  • Training & Competency
  • Compliance Obligation Tracking

Integration Experience

Experience integrating Intelex with one or more of:

  • SAP EHS
  • Enhesa
  • Enablon
  • IBM Tririga
  • Metrio
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • ETL / Data Migration
  • iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi

EHS & ESG Expertise

Strong knowledge of:

  • OSHA
  • EPA
  • RCRA
  • TSCA
  • ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
  • GRI
  • SASB
  • TCFD

Required Qualifications

  • 10 15 years of EHS/ESG software consulting, implementation, or solution architecture experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on Intelex EHSQ experience in an implementation or architecture role.
  • 3+ full lifecycle Intelex implementations.
  • Expertise across at least 5 Intelex modules listed above.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations involving Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS, Tririga, or Metrio.
  • Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience presenting solutions to senior leadership/C-level stakeholders.
  • Semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
