Job Purpose
Provides analytical and project support for Integrated Supply and Implementation processes.
Responsibilities
Individualmust be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Manageand coordinateall aspects of customer implementation projects.
Analyze key customer metrics for improvement opportunities.
Assist Implementation Team members with completion of Site Assessment reports and analysis.
Provide monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities.
Follow upon project task assignments to ensure that activities are completedon time.
Monitor performance of project post-implementation.
Perform other duties and/orprojectsassigned.
Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others.
Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illnessimmediately.
Education, Experience, & Ability Requirements
Any combination of requirements which provide knowledge & abilities necessary to perform:
High school diploma plustwo-yearcollege degree or High School diploma and 5years' experiencein a business office.
Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product,and the ability to learn MRC specific software.
Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high level support.
Demonstrate excellent customer service.
50% travelrequired.
Additional Qualifications
Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.
Must have a current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times.
Ability to read and speak the English language proficientlyin order tocommunicate with others, understand and interpret safetyinstructions, andto respond to inquiries.
Ability to understand andcomply withMRC guidelines and expectations,to includeCode of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
