Integration & Test Engineer

Schedule: 4/10 - 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $35.00 $80.00 Hourly (NOOT)
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Systems Engineering & Integration: Establishes functional and technical specifications, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
Analysis & Reporting: Reviews and derives requirements for testability, performs analysis of test results, and prepares comprehensive evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing.
Technical Leadership: Leads a team of Test Program Set (TPS) developers and collaborates closely with Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering to produce tailored customer solutions.

Qualifications & Compliance Requirements
Education / Experience Level: Level 3 (Minimum Bachelors Degree with 915 years of experience, or Masters Degree with 713 years of experience). Requires a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
Technical proficiencies: Experience developing test programs written in either PAWS ATLAS or NI TestStand and LabWindows CVI. Working knowledge of standard electronics lab equipment.
Clearance Requirement: Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance if converted to full-time.
