Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional digital initiatives within a large-scale transformation program. This role will drive the integration of web and legacy digital platforms into enterprise systems, partnering across IT, digital, and business teams.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong execution, the ability to operate in a matrixed environment, and confidence influencing stakeholders across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and platform integration projects
Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate across IT, digital, and business stakeholders
Drive delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments
Provide clear status updates to leadership
Maintain project plans and documentation across standard PM tools
Skills & Tools:
Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-focused
Experience:
5+ years of IT Project Management experience
3+ years supporting web, digital, eCommerce, or enterprise platform initiatives
Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
Strong risk and dependency management skills
Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Nice to Have:
Experience with digital platforms, CMS, or ERP systems
Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
