Job Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $50-55/Hour

Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional digital initiatives within a large-scale transformation program. This role will drive the integration of web and legacy digital platforms into enterprise systems, partnering across IT, digital, and business teams.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong execution, the ability to operate in a matrixed environment, and confidence influencing stakeholders across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and platform integration projects
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate across IT, digital, and business stakeholders
• Drive delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments
• Provide clear status updates to leadership
• Maintain project plans and documentation across standard PM tools

Skills & Tools:

• Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
• Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-focused

Experience:

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• 3+ years supporting web, digital, eCommerce, or enterprise platform initiatives
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
• Strong risk and dependency management skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Nice to Have:

• Experience with digital platforms, CMS, or ERP systems
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
