- Role: Integration Project Manager
- Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing, and executing projects across Monarch Landscape Companies relating to M&A and integration activities. This role defines project objectives, scope, deliverables, and dependencies; identifies risks; and develops comprehensive project plans to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams, manages resources, and serves as a critical driver of organizational value through disciplined and effective project execution. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders across Corporate Strategy, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and IT to align projects with business goals, ensure compliance, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- BS in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of project management experience employing various methodologies while supporting multiple departments within an organization
- Experience in managing and executing enterprise strategy programs/projects
- Background in management, process improvement, or consulting involving delivery of large, complex programs bringing together technology, process, and people
- Strong time management, facilitation, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and influence multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience working and collaborating with enterprise leadership across Corporate Strategy, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and IT
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Adaptable and positive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities; strong collaborator with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Visio, JIRA, Teams, SharePoint); advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to Landscape, Construction, Property & Facility Management Industries is a plus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs and projects relating to Monarch Landscape Companies' acquisitions and partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, defined scope, schedule, quality standards, and definitions of success (qualitative & quantitative KPIs)
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk/issue/action registers, and executive-ready presentations that accurately reflect project status at any given time
- Lead cross-functional project teams through all project phases-discovery, design, development, testing, and implementation-ensuring clear roles, ways of working, and accountability throughout
- Form strong partnerships with business stakeholders to influence, define, and align program scope, timelines, and target deliverables; ensure sustained buy-in on the target end state through impact assessments and proactive engagement with process owners
- Define and track key metrics, quality indicators, and performance benchmarks; drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables against established targets
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively; optimize scope, schedule, and resource allocation to keep programs on track
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders including senior management; ensure alignment and awareness of overarching program objectives throughout the program lifecycle
- Effectively manage, motivate, and hold accountable program leads and team members within a matrixed organization to execute priorities on time and within budget
- Leverage data insights to propose program execution strategies, identify root causes of delays, measure results, and continuously improve program performance
- Partner with program management teams and business functions to share best practices, promote alignment, and collaborate on related initiatives across the organization

Compensation
- Base Salary: $121,000 - $143,000
- Bonus Eligible
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and business considerations.
