Job Purpose:
Our Integration Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, governance, execution, and value realization of enterprise integration initiatives across the Veritiv enterprise. This role blends integration program leadership with disciplined project execution, serving as a critical connector between IMO leadership, functional workstream leaders, Corporate Development, Finance, and acquired company leadership. The primary responsibility will be translating deal objectives into actionable integration plans, milestones, and governance routines that protect business continuity, accelerate synergy capture, and deliver the commitments underlying each transaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop change management strategies based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement plans.
Design and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the change initiative, including objectives, scope, benefits, and progress.
Develop training plans to ensure that employees and stakeholders have the necessary knowledge and skills to adopt the change.
Oversee the development and delivery of training programs and materials.
Conduct impact analyses to assess the change's effects on employees and the organization.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Work Experience:
5-10 years of related job experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.
Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
Strong planning and organization skills are required.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
