Integration Production Planner
Greensboro, NC (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)
Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000-$85,000
Job Summary
The Integration Production Planner plays a critical role in ensuring our Integration Operations team is ready to meet customer demand, project milestones, and deployment commitments. This role turns customer forecasts, project requirements, and business priorities into actionable production schedules and capacity plans that keep work moving efficiently from planning through completion.
Working closely with Project Management, Sales, Operations, Integration, and Logistics, the Integration Planner provides visibility into upcoming workload, establishes production priorities, forecasts labor and capacity needs, and identifies potential risks before they impact delivery.
This is more than a scheduling role. We’re looking for a proactive, analytical problem-solver who understands how work flows through an operation, anticipates bottlenecks, and helps leaders make informed decisions about staffing, scheduling, and priorities. The ideal candidate combines strong planning skills, operational awareness, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver predictable, efficient production outcomes.
