Integration Lead - Ecosystem Connectors

Technical

• REST + SOAP API integration
• Kong API Gateway (routing, auth, rate limiting)
• JWT / OAuth 2.0 / Okta SSO
• MQ / event-driven patterns (async integration)
• Oracle + PostgreSQL (read both)
• Postman / API testing tooling

Integration Points (hands-on experience preferred)

• ACCM - agency/commission management system integration
• Paragon - Garage/SFTP/email-based policy flows
• Salesforce - Unqork plugin or direct API
• ADI-BP - ACCM access path, JWT auth layer
• pol-sync-svc - R3 submission bridge (PACMANOracle sync)
• EDI / SFTP file-based integrations

Soft Skills

• Vendor coordination (external system owners)
• API contract negotiation
• Incident triage across system boundaries
• Documentation of integration specs (sequence diagrams, contract files)
