Integration Engineer | UAN - 64913B Department: Engineering Location: Office / MVG, Inc (Warminster, PA) Type: Full-time About the Role As an Integration Engineer at MVG, you will install, integrate, commission, and support advanced electromechanical RF measurement and material handling systems for aerospace and defense customers. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring complex microwave measurement test solutions are delivered safely, accurately, and reliably from factory preparation through nationwide customer -site commissioning. Responsibilities - Lead installation and commissioning activities for electromechanical integrated RF measurement and material handling systems at MVG factories and customer sites nationwide. - Implement subsystem installation, integration, and test activities in coordination with team leads and technical stakeholders. - Collaborate with Program Managers and System Engineers to align schedules, tools, logistics, drawings, work instructions, plans, and installation documentation. - Manage pre -installation site surveys to identify site -specific needs, clarify customer responsibilities, and set clear expectations for successful installation. - Ensure accurate documentation of installation activities, lessons learned, and non -conformance reports to support continuous improvement. - Collaborate in technical training across MVG antenna and RCS measurement systems, data acquisition and analysis software, RF and positioning subsystems, control hardware, computing hardware, and electrical subsystems. - Ensure safe, professional conduct on customer sites by following safety rules, proper lifting practices, OSHA specifications, and rigging equipment procedures. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably within electromagnetic, RF, robotics, or related electromechanical systems environments. - U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance due to government contract requirements. - Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline preferred; additional relevant experience may offset degree requirements. - Basic understanding of RF, antennas, and antenna measurements, with strong motivation and aptitude to develop in -depth technical expertise. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and customers. - Proficiency with computers, software applications, MS Windows, and MS Office products. - Ability to travel throughout North America and lift at least 50 pounds.
