Integration Engineer | UAN - 64913B Department: Engineering Location: Office / MVG, Inc (Warminster, PA) Type: Full-time About the Role As an Integration Engineer at MVG, you will support the installation, integration, commissioning, and repair of advanced RF measurement, antenna, RCS, and electromechanical material handling systems. Responsibilities - Lead installation and commissioning activities for electromechanical integrated RF measurement and material handling systems at MVG factories and customer sites across North America. - Collaborate with team leads, Program Managers, and System Engineers to coordinate subsystem installation, integration, testing, schedules, tools, logistics, and technical documentation. - Implement pre -installation site surveys to identify special site requirements, clarify customer responsibilities, and set expectations for successful project execution. - Ensure accurate documentation of installation activities, lessons learned, non -conformance reports, drawings, work instructions, plans, and closure materials. - Develop technical capability through training in MVG antenna and RCS measurement systems, data acquisition and analysis software, RF and positioning subsystems, computing hardware, and electrical subsystems. - Optimize project design outcomes by providing technical and customer -facing input throughout the project design life cycle. - Ensure professional, safe conduct on customer sites by following safety rules, proper lifting practices, OSHA specifications, and rigging equipment procedures. Requirements - Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance due to government contract requirements. - 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably within the electromagnetic and/or robotics industries. - Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline preferred; additional relevant experience may offset degree requirements. - Basic understanding of RF, antennas, and antenna measurements, with strong motivation and aptitude to develop deeper expertise. - Ability and willingness to travel throughout North America for installations, integrations, commissioning, repairs, and customer site activities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism to work effectively with customers and cross -functional teams. - Proficiency with computers, software applications, MS Windows, and Microsoft Office products; ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
