Job Title: Integration Developer

About the Role
As an Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, and Azure cloud technologies. You will analyze solution components, assess integration models for high-volume processing, and leverage on-demand open APIs to ensure seamless, high-performance system interoperability.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement robust integrations between SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure cloud services, IVR systems, and various external systems (e.g., payment gateways, traffic management, and toll collection systems).
Build Azure Functions (using HTTP, Service Bus, timer, and blob triggers) and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and custom middleware components.
Design and optimize IVR systems to enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.
Implement JSON/XML payload transformations, validation, and data mapping while adhering to clean coding principles and SOLID design patterns.
Fully document technical and functional designs, test plans, impact analysis reports, and adhere strictly to enterprise IT standards and policies.
Participate in periodic onsite meetings, orientation, or post go-live support as required by project schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience as a Developer or similar role with a strong focus on Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and external integrations-specifically in tolling projects.
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft commercial and government cloud platforms (Azure), including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus (queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queues).
Expertise in C#, .NET 8+ / supported .NET LTS versions, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
Preferred Skills
Master's degree in a related field.
10+ years of expertise developing complex system integrations for high-volume organizations within SAP, MS Dynamics 365 CRM, and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Prior experience working specifically with Pennsylvania Turnpike (or similar) tolling solutions.
