Integration Developer Intermediate

The Integration Developer Intermediate independently designs, develops, and maintains system integrations across multiple platforms. This role manages moderately complex integration workflows and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.

Essential Job Function:

• Design, develop, and support integrations using MoveIT, SSIS, Databricks, SQL Server and Mirth
• Build and manage workflows and file transfers using tools such as MoveIT and SFTP platforms
• Work with complex data formats including JSON, XML, HL7, EDI, and flat files
• Implement secure data transfers using HTTPS, SFTP, and JDBC/ODBC connectivity
• Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root cause analysis
• Optimize data processing performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers

Education:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• Required:
• 3+ years of experience in data integration or related development, including:
• Proficiency in SQL/DBSQL and at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell)
• Experience with integration tools (SSIS, Mirth, Databricks, or similar)
• Strong understanding of data exchange formats and secure data transfer protocols
• Preferred:
• Experience working with Microsoft environments ( Windows / Azure ) and file stores ( shares, containers, sharepoint )
• Familiarity with healthcare or enterprise data formats (HL7, EDI)
