The team develops data engineering processes to ingest a variety of data sets (e.g., operational, experiential, social, behavioral, enterprise), integrates and aggregates for targeted use cases, and improves data and insights accessibility for enhanced decision-making. The team generates comprehensive reporting that drives strategic decisions and generates actionable insights across all levels of the organization. The team builds data, analytics, and AI products/solutions to enhance service delivery and optimize outcomes for Veterans and their families, caregivers, survivors, and advocates in VA priority areas, including homelessness, crisis, access to care, contact center, and additional use cases in alignment with VA/VEO priorities.
