About the Role
Join a forward-thinking enterprise as an Integration Architect, specializing in Genesys Cloud CX and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will design and lead complex integration architectures that advance customer engagement, contact center, and digital platforms. Leverage your deep expertise in cloud-native architectures and API-driven integrations while guiding technical teams in delivering secure, scalable solutions. Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end integration solutions supporting customer engagement and digital experience initiatives
- Define and implement integration patterns using REST APIs, event-driven frameworks, WebSockets, and asynchronous messaging
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable, highly available, and secure solutions on GCP
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical architecture diagrams and documentation using enterprise modeling tools
- Oversee integration projects on the Genesys Cloud CX platform, including APIs, Data Actions, and Architect Flows
- Act as Technical Lead, providing design guidance, code reviews, and hands-on mentorship for development teams
- Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security protocols, and governance requirements
- Participate in architecture review boards and compliance processes to guarantee technical excellence
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years architecting and delivering enterprise integration solutions
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (APIs, Data Actions, Architect Flows)
- Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (Apigee, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, IAM, Bigtable, Cloud Storage)
- Mastery of integration technologies (REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, mTLS, WebSockets)
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling (ArchiMate, UML)
- In-depth knowledge of microservices, cloud-native design, event-driven patterns
- Proven leadership skills in technical oversight and team mentorship
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
- Financial services or regulated industry experience
- SaaS platform integration with enterprise systems
- Background in AI, conversational AI, or customer engagement technologies
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Google Cloud and/or Genesys Cloud certifications
