Integrated Sales Representative Fmcg & Lifestyle - Non Controlled Sales

We are looking for an Integrated Sales Representative to join our North Europe Non Controlled Sales team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of FMCG and Lifestyle customers, helping them unlock value across Ocean, Logistics & Services, Warehousing and Supply Chain Management solutions.

You will work closely with globally managed customers that execute business in North Europe area, acting as a trusted commercial partner, able to shape and drive regional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of FMCG and Lifestyle customers across North Europe.
• Drive commercial growth across Ocean, Logistics & Services, Warehousing and Supply Chain Management solutions.
• Act as the regional commercial lead for customers whose commercial ownership sits outside North Europe, translating global account strategies into local growth opportunities and execution plans.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customer Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Challenge existing customer supply chain setups and identify, qualify and pursue opportunities to co-create innovative, end-to-end solutions across Maersk's service portfolio.
• Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with customer priorities and Maersk's commercial strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers' business objectives, supply chain strategies and operational challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Global Sales, Product, Customer Experience and Operations teams to deliver value-adding solutions and a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, customer developments and competitor activity to proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure high-quality CRM and opportunity management.

We Are Looking For

• Experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail or Lifestyle sectors is an advantage.
• Strong commercial mindset and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, proactive and results-oriented approach.
