Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will….

• Partner with Program & Senior Management and direct all phases of Demand Management and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for FBM
• Provide daily leadership and direction to a team of Demand Management, Material & Manufacturing Planners
• Create, manage, and execute staffing plans to meet business objectives
• Ensure that deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Track Control Account budget targets for Demand Management and MRP labor and non-labor requirements
• Cultivate relationships across functional teams engaged across the program life cycle.
• Drive collaboration across people, processes, and tools in alignment with FBM Modernization and 1LMX initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external Stakeholders and Customers.
• Lead the team to provide robust analysis and Material & Manufacturing Planning support needs across several FBM sites.

Basic Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of material and/or manufacturing planning principles and responsibilities
• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance

Desired Skills

• Formal Leadership Experience over small, medium or large teams.
• Ability to adapt and change quickly as well as lead a team thru the change.
• Strong knowledge of ERP Systems like SAP
• Experience managing and maintaining positive relationships with senior leadership and customers.
• Experience leading diverse teams across multiple sites or remote.
• Proficient Knowledge of Demand Management, MRP, and/or Production Planning processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and organization skills• Ability to multi-task, be thorough and detail oriented, and demonstrate strong job closure and analytical skills.
• Experience with FBM, Navy, Defense or Aerospace organizations.
• Proposal, CAM, and/or managing BOE experience
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Project or product management and/or planning experience.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
