We are seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support a large federal capital program. In this role, you will work directly with project and program managers to develop, maintain, analyze, and report on project schedules throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6, Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, and complex engineering and construction projects. This position requires the ability to independently manage project schedules, analyze schedule performance and risk, and clearly communicate schedule status and impacts to project stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6

      Establish and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity logic, calendars, milestones, baselines, and schedule coding

      Collect, validate, and incorporate schedule status information from project managers and key stakeholders

      Review project schedules for completeness, technical accuracy, appropriate logic, and compliance with scheduling best practices

      Perform critical path, float, variance, trend, and schedule “what-if” analyses

      Identify schedule risks and delays and support the development of mitigation, recovery, and re-baseline strategies

      Perform schedule resource and cost loading and analyze schedule performance against established baselines

      Track key milestones and communicate schedule status, variances, and potential impacts to project stakeholders

      Develop monthly reports, look-ahead schedules, schedule graphics, metrics, and management-level reporting

      Minimum of 5 years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing schedules for engineering and construction projects

      Demonstrated scheduling experience on major construction projects valued at $10 million or greater

      Strong working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles

      Experience with schedule development, baselines, resource loading, schedule updates, variance analysis, and reporting

      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify schedule risks and clearly communicate potential impacts

      Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders

      Ability to obtain and maintain required federal facility access and security credentials

      At least one professional certification in scheduling, project management, construction, or project controls

      AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), or equivalent industry credential

      Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field

      Experience utilizing Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM in an enterprise scheduling environment

      Experience supporting federal, healthcare, or other large capital construction programs

      Experience with schedule risk analysis, recovery scheduling, resource-loaded schedules, and program-level schedule reporting
