An entertainment media organization is seeking an Integrated Marketing Coordinator for a hybrid role in Manhattan, NY. This position supports integrated marketing efforts across sponsorships, digital campaigns, internal coordination, and cross-functional project execution.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain calendars, process expense reports, and handle general administrative support for the department
- Coordinate logistics for internal and sales meetings and training sessions, including agenda collection and note distribution
- Support special projects across ad sales teams, including trade marketing, pitches, and opportunity development
- Manage sponsorship materials, pitch tracking, digital asset workflows, and related team files
- Track digital and social campaigns, maintain budgets, support wrap reports, and coordinate with research and production partners
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting marketing, sales, administrative, or coordination functions
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Experience managing calendars, meetings, reports, and organized team materials
- Ability to support cross-functional projects and handle multiple priorities
Desired Skills:
- Experience with sponsorship fulfillment, RFP support, or ad sales marketing
- Familiarity with digital campaign execution, reporting, and asset delivery
- Exposure to social media, programmatic advertising, or competitive campaign tracking
