We are looking for a mental health professional, with LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure preferred, to join our Integrated Health team focused on holistic health care.
The Integrated Health Team provides clinical intervention including psychotherapy and assessment, along with behavioral health consultation to the medical provider teams in the clinics they serve. This role provides shorter term therapeutic intervention and collaborates with community partners for patients in need of longer term intervention. The IHT has the opportunity to work independently and with a team. The IHT will offer in person and telehealth services to the Northern MN Sanford clinics including Bemidji and Walker. This role offers a wide variety and a high level of flexibility in daily work. A sign-on bonus is available!

Job Summary
We're seeking a professional, empathetic, and respectful Integrated Health Therapist (IHT) who is able to provide clinical diagnoses for treatments and create individual treatment plans for patients experiencing issues related to mental and behavioral health, chemical health, psychosocial aspects of health and disease, and lifestyle management. At Sanford, Integrated Health Therapists have the opportunity to specialize and work in a variety of settings such as oncology, inpatient settings, and children's specialty clinics. Master"s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Behavioral Health Sciences required.
License must be in good standing in state(s) of practice.
In Minnesota, must have one of the following:
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Integrated Health Counselor
Master"s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Behavioral Health Sciences required.
License must be in good standing in state(s) of practice.
In Minnesota, must have one of the following:
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)
