Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced clinician or a recent bachelor's graduate with strong interest in helping individuals and families in a position as Integrated Health Specialist inGreencastle, Indiana. Qualified candidates should have a background in social work, human service and/or in mental health and have a passion to impact youth to older adults at our PutnamCounty outpatient office.
This is a full-time position with flexibility for evening and weekend hours to assist with supervised visit coverage.
Job Summary:
The Integrated Health Specialist is a core member of the treatment team, supporting youth and adults with complex behavioral health and psychosocial needs, including individuals experiencing substance use and system involvement. This role provides trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services that promote coordinated, person-centered care across home-based, community, office, and virtual settings, and requires flexibility in delivering services across all environments. The specialist delivers psychosocial skill-building, connects individuals to essential services, and collaborates with providers and community partners. Serving as a key connector across systems, this position supports effective treatment planning, crisis prevention, and long-term recovery outcomes.
Essential Duties:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, or a related degree in human service field is required or
Associate's degree in human services or related field and (4) years previous direct care experience in social services, behavioral health, school-based, etc.; or
High school graduate or GED and four (4) years previous direct care experience in social services, behavioral health, school-based, etc; or
Two years' of post-bachelors work experience in mental health is preferred.
