Job Summary

Job Summary

The Division of Operations Marketing and Communications at CU Boulder encourages applications for an Integrated Communications Manager! The Integrated Communications Manager serves as the operational and campaign lead for the Division of Operations Marketing and Communications (OMC) team. Operations Division units include Employee Health and Well-Being (EHWB), Human Resources (HR), the Department of Public Safety (DPS), the Office of Information Technology (OIT), and the Office of Compliance, Ethics and Policy (OCEP). Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, this position is responsible for translating divisional communication strategies into coordinated, multi-channel communication and marketing campaigns that advance organizational priorities and support stakeholder engagement.

Working closely with the Graphic Designer and Digital Content and Social Media Coordinator, the Integrated Communications Manager ensures that communication efforts are aligned, strategic, audience-focused, and delivered consistently across channels. The position serves as the primary connection between divisional leadership, operational units, and the marketing and communications team, helping transform strategic objectives into actionable communication plans that support awareness, understanding, and engagement.
