    Integrated Business Planning Lead – Analytics & Business Intelligence

    Department: Supply Chain Reports To: Senior Director, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

    Location: Tampa (Ybor), FL – On-site

    Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Manager-level individual contributor (no direct reports)

    Job Summary

    The IBP Analytics & Business Intelligence Lead owns the analytical and insight-generating foundation of Ashley’s Integrated Business Planning process.

    This role is accountable for scenario modeling, KPI calculation and tracking, financial impact analysis, and data governance that enable high-quality enterprise planning decisions across Sales & Operations Planning (4-12 week planning timeframe) and weekly Sales & Operations Execution (0–4 week planning framework) operational cadences.

    This individual translates complex operational and financial data into clear business KPI’s, and knows how to analyze data to derive insights that support decision making. Scope of operations include: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing & Distribution, Wholesale, Retail and E-commerce.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Scenario Modeling & Decision Support

    · Quantify trade-offs, risks, and financial impacts of planning decisions (incl. scenario modeling)

    · Develop forward-looking simulations to support executive decision-making

    · Partner with functional teams to validate planning / analytical assumptions

    KPI & Performance Management

    · Maintain operational and financial KPIs across: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Inventory, revenue and margin, inventory

    · Ensure KPI calculation integrity and data governance

    · Design executive-ready dashboards and planning scorecards (note that dashboard coding and development is owned by another function)

    · Translate complex data into clear insights and options

    Data & Tool Enablement

    · Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and Power BI

    · Partner with IT to ensure planning systems support enterprise integration

    · Improve reporting design and visibility

    · Ensure alignment between system outputs and planning decisions

     

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)

    Experience:

    · 6–10 years in Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Warehousing & DIstribution, IBP, FP&A, or Operations Analytics

    · Experience supporting executive-level planning decisions

    · Multi-channel or vertically integrated environment preferred

    Technical Skills:

    · Advanced Excel

    · SQL proficiency required

    · Power BI

    Capabilities:

    · Strong financial acumen

    · Analytical rigor and structured thinking

    · Ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes

    · Clear and concise communication of complex analysis
