We're Hiring: Junior Business Analyst

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for analyzing business needs, improving processes, and helping teams deliver better solutions? We're looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Business Analysis while working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders on meaningful initiatives.

Position: Junior Business Analyst

Location: Florida [Hybrid/On-site]

Work Authorization: Green Card Holder, US Citizen, H4 EAD and GC EAD

What You'll Be Doing:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into solutions

Create business documents including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows

Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers

Support Agile/Scrum activities and project delivery

Assist with testing, validation, and implementation processes

Analyze data and provide insights to improve business decisions

What We're Looking For:

1 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or related experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies

Experience with requirement gathering and documentation

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, or similar tools

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Data Analytics

Experience with process improvement and workflow analysis
