An established community health center system (FQHC) in Sacramento is hiring an integrated behavioral health clinician to work alongside primary care teams at its Sacramento health centers.

The work

• Assessment and treatment, including chemical dependency, co-occurring disorders and trauma
• Crisis assessment and brief interventions with medical providers
• Counseling for children, adolescents and adults

What you need

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology
• Registered or licensed with the BBS or the Board of Psychology (LCSW, LMFT, ASW or AMFT); licensure preferred
• Primary care behavioral health or medical-setting experience is a plus
