    Intake Specialist / IOP Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)

    This unique hybrid role combines clinical assessment, patient engagement, and therapeutic services. The primary focus is completing internal and external referral assessments and intakes (typically up to three per day), while maintaining a small caseload of patients and providing group therapy.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a newly or recently independently licensed therapist who wants to continue building strong assessment, treatment planning, individual, and group therapy skills. You'll receive mentorship and support from an experienced Program Coordinator while becoming an integral part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team.

    Schedule

    Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (4x10 Schedule, 3-Day Weekends)

    Compensation

    Starting at $68,640+ annually (based on experience and qualifications)

    The Therapist II is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Program Coordinator. Therapist II will be responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy. Therapist II will conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments. Therapist II will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan, and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The Therapist II has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.

    Credentials:

    • Independently Licensed in the State of Florida to practice required -- Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counselor, or other behavioral health-related field.
      • LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
      • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
      • LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
    • CPR and BFA Certification required.

    Experience:

    • Minimum two (2) years of work experience in behavioral health field required.
