Position Overview The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for potential Personal Injury clients and plays a key role in driving firm growth. This position requires a strong sales mindset, the ability to quickly build trust, and the skill to guide injured individuals through the decision to retain our firm. The ideal candidate is bilingual, empathetic, persuasive, and experienced in handling high-volume inbound and outbound client communications. Key Responsibilities - Answer inbound calls and respond to web inquiries from potential Personal Injury clients Qualifications - Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking individuals who are confident communicators and natural closers. Candidates who succeed in this role often come from Personal Injury intake teams, high-performing sales environments, or insurance adjuster roles.
