Client Relations Specialist – Family Services Agency, Part-time/Afternoons 18 Degrees is where new beginnings come to light for children and families – join us on our journey into a new day ! Duties include handling phone calls, administrative assistance and meeting and event assistance . 13-15 hours a week. Must be able to work two Saturdays a month. Will work on tasks as assigned for Family Resource Center. Successful candidates will have organizational and computer skills including ability to work with MS Word, Publisher, Excel, and learn additional software. The ability to handle sensitive information is a must. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, teamwork and the ability to work independently, and flexibility with a can-do attitude.
