We're hiring Intake Specialists to join a busy personal injury law firm in Duluth, GA. This is a high-volume phone-based role focused on speaking with prospective clients, building trust, gathering information, and following up to help move cases forward.
Pay
- $22.00/hr (English Speaking)
- $25.00/hr (Bilingual Spanish)
Schedule
Training (4 Weeks)
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
After Training
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Flexible schedules between 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM EST
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Build rapport with potential clients
- Manage lead follow-up and pipeline activity
- Accurately enter information while on calls
- Navigate multiple systems at once
- Meet attendance, performance, and KPI goals
Qualifications
- Inside sales, SDR, outbound sales, retention, or call center experience preferred
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
- Spanish bilingual candidates strongly preferred
