Intake Coordinator for Carports Anywhere

Carports Anywhere is expanding, and we’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical to our sales and operations success — ensuring incoming leads are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound calls, website inquiries, and email leads

  • Gather and verify customer project details (dimensions, location, specifications)

  • Enter and manage accurate data in our CRM system

  • Schedule consultations and route qualified leads to Sales

  • Communicate next steps clearly to customers

  • Ensure all documentation is complete before order submission

  • Support sales and operations with administrative follow-up

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or inside sales experience

  • Strong communication skills (phone and email)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in construction, home improvement, or building materials

  • Familiarity with permitting or zoning basics

  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
