As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the intake process for new clients and ensuring that all necessary information is collected and entered accurately into our systems. You will also be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with information about our services and guiding them through the intake process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the intake process for new clients, including collecting and entering all necessary information into our systems

- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with information about our services and answering any questions they may have

- Communicate with clients to gather all required documents and information

- Maintain accurate and organized client records

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth intake process for clients

- Follow up with clients to ensure all necessary information has been received and processed

- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company's calendar

- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Team player with a positive attitude
