Description

JOB: Intake Coordinator

  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Pay Rate: $20/hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours)
  • Type: Contract (4-5months)
  • Must Have: Your own laptop and reliable internet

Start date: September 8th, September 21st, October 5th

Non-Working Days (Subject to Change):

  • November 23-27 (Thanksgiving week)
  • December 14- Jan 4

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is currently hiring multiple Intake Coordinators to support a leading client in the benefits administration space. This vital role ensures a high standard of customer service and support within a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls and emails regarding employee benefits.
  • Set up new cases by completing intake forms and routing them to Benefit Advocates.
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and accurately, identifying and resolving routine issues.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all communications per department standards.
  • Manage both paper and electronic filing in accordance with privacy and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Support development of client-facing materials in a consistent and professional format.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and discussions as needed.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all systems.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in employee benefits or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Understanding of employee benefits and related compliance concepts preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred.
