Current Multi State LPN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*. Responsibilities: Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient department/clinic operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Graduation of an LPN program

Previous experience with referrals/precertification, ICD10 and CPT diagnosis coding

 

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

 

One of the following:

• Current Alabama LPN license
• Current Multi State LPN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*

*Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama

Excellent keyboarding skills

Responsibilities:

Uses clinical expertise to analyze insurance medical necessity requirements and benefits via provider website to ensure requirements are met for referrals/precertification to be submitted according to Infirmary Health's standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.
