Overview:
Our Dental Insurance Verification Coordinators provide support in the verification, plan build, and proper linking of insurances for all appointments scheduled in a specified market. This is not a remote position - it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.
Responsibilities:
- High volume new patient insurance verifications for PPO.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to retain specific avenues and verification methods.
- Maintain a well-organized system of operation with appropriate team members.
- Ability to communicate and document all issues and resolutions effectively.
- Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision/direction and ability to multitask.
- Strong team player willing to take direction in a team environment.
- Takes part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Meet goals set forth by management.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures, and abides by HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with medical and/or dental insurance verification, preferred.
- Our ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a dental or medical office.
- Experience with dental or medical software, a plus!
