Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service—helping with inquiries related to:
- coverage availability and eligibility
- policy changes and transfers
- claim submissions
- billing questions and clarifications
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance options.
- Prospect for new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
