Insurance Solutions Consultant - Salary to 150k/year + Equity & Benefits - San Francisco, CA

Our client is an insurance technology company seeking an Insurance Solutions Consultant to connect insurance brokerage operations with software solutions.

This position requires 5+ years of insurance industry experience and knowledge of commercial insurance or employee benefits brokerage workflows, terminology, and operations. The consultant will work with customers, sales personnel, and product teams to identify insurance workflow needs, demonstrate product applications, and communicate customer requirements.

This is a fully in-office position in San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

Conduct customer discovery meetings to document insurance brokerage processes, operational requirements, and workflow needs
Present software capabilities and demonstrate product applications relevant to customer insurance operations
Explain how product features support insurance workflows and customer requirements
Recommend product configurations and use cases based on brokerage operations
Coordinate customer requirements and product questions between sales and product teams
Document customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities to support roadmap planning

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
Knowledge of commercial insurance or employee benefits brokerage workflows, insurance terminology, and brokerage operations
Availability to work fully in office in San Francisco

Compensation:

Salary between 130k-150k/year plus equity, health insurance, PTO, team off-sites/dinners, etc.
Fully in-office role in San Francisco.
