Are you great with people, organized, and looking for a MondayFriday career where you can continue to grow? Farmers Insurance Wang Agency is hiring a Insurance Service Specialist to join our San Antonio team.

In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for our existing customershelping answer questions, assisting with policy and account needs, resolving service requests, and making sure customers receive a positive experience when they contact our agency.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, administrative support, insurance, banking, retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role who is ready to take the next step professionally.

Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

We're willing to train the right person who brings strong communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Salary Range: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

What You'll Do?

As an Insurance Service Specialist, you'll help keep our agency running smoothly while providing responsive and professional service to our customers.

You'll communicate with existing clients, assist with day-to-day policy and account needs, follow up on outstanding requests, document customer interactions, and work with the agency team to make sure customers receive the help they need.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to service requests
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, payments, and account updates
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding items or requests
• Review customer accounts and identify additional coverage needs
• Help connect customers with additional insurance products when appropriate

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day.

The right person enjoys helping others and can balance great customer service with staying organized and following through on tasks. Previous insurance or office experience is helpful, but we also value candidates who are coachable and ready to develop their skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience
• Property & Casualty General Lines license or willing to obtain
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple customer requests and priorities
• Positive, professional attitude
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Insurance license or industry experience is a plus
