TEAM OVERVIEW
KKR''s Insurance Segment Accounting Operations team is responsible for producing timely and accurate financial results for our business stakeholder, ensuring strong control environment is supported in our organization and significant transactions are operationalized appropriately from accounting standpoint. We are a group of professionals committed to excellence, timeliness and effective collaboration across the enterprise. Our team works across multiple locations to ensure highest quality of financial results. As such, we work closely across other teams in Finance, Operations and Institutional groups. POSITION SUMMARY
KKR seeks to recruit an Associate to focus on supporting our complex reinsurance accounting processes across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills, continuous improvement focus and ability to multitask. This individual will work effectively within the broader Accounting Operations team, supporting our close process and various projects, as well as collaborate frequently with FP&A, Investments Accounting, Bermuda Finance and other organizational stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate Reinsurance Accounting position is responsible for overseeing key accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting regulatory compliance within KKR's Insurance Segment while coordinating with other areas across the organization. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, including statutory accounting and GAAP, standard accounting processes, and SOX control frameworks. This role will provide support to key stakeholders across the organization to design, implement and facilitate accounting operational processes and to analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston/Des Moines -based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range $90,000 - $140,000
