Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

If you do not have a Property and Casualty insurance license, no worries, we will reimburse you for training and testing. All candidates must earn their P&C license within 45 days of hire. Assuming no prior experience, the position starts at $14 per hour and increases to $16 per hour plus commissions once your are licensed.

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Warm personality and engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
