Salary Range: $47000 - $52000 per year

Responsibilities

Guide clients through their insurance options to find coverage that actually aligns with their lives.

Proactively review existing policies to ensure clients are protected as their circumstances change.

Manage incoming inquiries regarding billing, policy changes, and claims with warmth and clarity.

Draft and present insurance quotes that clearly highlight value and coverage benefits.

Cultivate relationships with our local Frederick community to foster trust and long-term partnership.

Collaborate with the broader team to improve office workflows and service delivery standards.

Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in an insurance agency setting.

Strong command of agency management systems and digital document filing.

Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.

Ability to articulate complex policy details in clear, simple language and work as a broker with multiple choices

Commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and detail in client records.

Professional certification or designation such as P&C AND L&H
