We're seeking an Insurance Sales/Service Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll build relationships with prospective and existing clients, recommend customized insurance solutions, and help individuals and families make informed decisions about their protection needs. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working with people, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and seeks to grow within a successful, community-focused agency.

  • Base salary starting at $21,000, with first-year earning potential of $60,000+ with commissions.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with at least five new prospective clients each week
  • Recommend customized insurance solutions based on client needs and goals
  • Close a minimum of four new home and auto policies per quarter
  • Close a minimum of five life insurance policies per quarter
  • Process new business workflows within established timelines
  • Prepare home and auto insurance quotes accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to client requests while providing professional service and coverage recommendations

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain
  • Active Life & Health license or willingness to obtain
  • Positive, high-energy attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals and grow professionally
  • Coachable and open to feedback and ongoing development
  • Strong empathy and passion for helping others
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining personal accountability
