Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Connect with inbound and outbound leads
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance
  • Follow up consistently using our CRM system
  • Build relationships and generate referrals
  • Track activity and improve performance over time


Success in this role comes from consistent activity, coachability, and a willingness to grow.


Requirements


  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Coachable, motivated, and growth-oriented attitude
  • Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required


We understand that great candidates may not already be licensed.
