Salary Range: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure our families are protected from lifes unexpected moments.

Reach out to potential new clients to discuss how our coverage options can provide them with peace of mind.

Guide individuals through the process of selecting the right auto, home, and life insurance policies for their specific situations.

Prepare accurate quotes and explain the value of our coverage in clear, easy-to-understand terms.

Maintain organized records of client interactions to ensure high-quality, long-term service.

Collaborate with the agency team to reach our shared goals of community protection and service excellence.

Active Arizona Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or a customer-facing sales environment.

Strong command of written and spoken English for clear client communication.

Intermediate proficiency with computer systems and office software.

Self-driven personality with a track record of meeting personal goals.

Understanding of basic risk management principles.
