Compensation:
$40,000$55,000 base salary + uncapped commission
First-year earnings typically range from $60,000$90,000+, with top performers exceeding $100K+
Your base salary is designed to support you while you ramp up. As your production grows, your income shifts toward commissiongiving you unlimited earning potential.
Hybrid Work Schedule:
This role begins in-office for training and onboarding (first 6090 days).
After training, team members earn a hybrid schedule based on performance, typically working 23 days per week from home.
Remote flexibility increases with consistent production.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $60000.00 per year
