Insurance Sales Representative

The Wertzberger Agency, a 17+ year award-winning Farmers Insurance agency, is growing and looking to add two motivated Insurance Sales Agents to our team. This is a rare opportunity to build real, lasting income - you'll earn commission not just on new policies you sell, but on renewals year after year, creating significant income growth over time.

With a $48,000 first-year income guarantee and strong earners regularly exceeding that, this role rewards hard work with real, compounding results.

Insurance experience NOT required! We can train that - we're looking for the right people to grow with us.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies and grow your client base
• Build lasting client relationships that drive renewal commissions
• Meet with prospects during standard hours, with some flexibility for evening/weekend availability as needed
• Represent an award-winning, well-established agency with pride

• Willingness to obtain an insurance license (training provided)
• Energetic, outgoing, and goal-driven with a positive attitude
• Over-the-phone sales experience preferred
• Coachable team player willing to learn and grow
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule to meet client availability
