Responsibilities
As an Agency Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in growing our agency while helping clients find the right insurance solutions for their needs.
- Build new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and proactive outreach, including cold calling.
- Develop trusted relationships by understanding clients' needs and recommending personalized insurance solutions.
- Educate individuals, families, and business owners on coverage options, including Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Provide exceptional service that builds long-term client loyalty and retention.
- Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage that aligns with clients' changing needs.
- Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations to provide knowledgeable, professional guidance.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment while continuously developing your skills and growing your career.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is motivated to succeed, and is excited to build a long-term career.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed performance objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain information clearly.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredwe provide comprehensive training.
- Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable networking and building relationships within the community to generate new business opportunities.
- Able to obtain the required state insurance license (we'll support you through the licensing process if needed).
- Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, email, and other digital tools to manage client relationships and daily activities.
