We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent work environment, is comfortable using technology, and excels at building relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate already holds an active Property & Casualty insurance license and is ready to hit the ground running. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License in Michigan (required)
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Proven sales experience (insurance sales preferred)
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working on the phone for extended periods
Tech-savvy and proficient with computers, CRM systems, and quoting tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
